Wind Farm Civil Site Manager (Sweden)

• Management of Contractors execution and compliance including time, quality and costs during wind farm construction
• Coordination and technical management
• First point of contact for the customer during the construction phase
• Management of the project time schedule and initiation of remediation measures if necessary
• Initiation and coordination of project value engineering
• Control services rendered with regard to quality and costs
• Responsibility for compliance with Employers HSE requirements
• Support the Commercial Project Management concerning contract and claim management
• Continuous external and internal reporting and compilation of documentation set
• Interfacing with subcontractors, pojejct engineers and Employer to bring the projects to completion on time and within budget
• Implementing best practise throughout the project
• Submitting detailed and regular progress reports as required
• Maintain complete and accurate records
• Develop and maintain accurate project plans
