Wind Energy Engineers, Project Manager

As the Owners Engineer Project Manager, your responsibilities will include;
• Management of a team of engineers executing the following scope
• Conducting due diligence/project familiarisation
• Drafting Request for Proposal documentation for civil and electrical works (BOP)
• Managing tender issue, clarifications and shortlisting process
• Managing evaluation of tenders and nomination of preferred bidder
• Lead role in negotiations of BOP works contracts, support with other contracts i.e. TSA
• Preparing contract documents for signing
• Assistance with developing clients project budgets
• Managing development and draft construction programmes until Financial Close * Coordination and technical management of the Project Engineers and external subcontractors
• First point of contact for the customer during the project planning and implementation phase
• Initiation and coordination of project value engineering
• Control services rendered with regard to quality and costs
• Support the Commercial Project Management concerning contract and claim management
• Continuous external and internal reporting and file management
• Implementing best practise throughout the project
• Interfacing with subcontractors, project engineers and Employer to bring the projects to financial close on time and within budget
• After Financial Close is achieved
• Acting as PM or assistant PM for the Owners Engineer Construction Management Scope including
• Managing reviews of Contractors Detailed Design and Quality Management Plans
• Managing Owners Engineer Construction Teams daily activities
• Issuing reporting in cooperation with site engineers
