Wind Turbine Foundation Quality Technician

– Audits and inspections of the different processes, tests and trials related to BoP during the construction of the wind farm.
– Inspection or control of the finished product or works.
– Ensure compliance with the Quality requirements described in the Quality Control Plans
– Fulfill the quality check-list/ records when is necessary, according to the Quality Control Plan.
– Participation with the quality department, on the homologation of the raw materials, in accordance with the established requirements in its Quality Plan.
– Management of the documentation generated on site. Maintenance and fulfilling of the documental follow-up tracking for the different works units
– Execute audits of documental management, about Quality terms, to subcontractor, responsible to execution of the BoP, if apply.
– Report to the Quality Department the progress of the project.
– Manage and coordinate the external laboratories subcontracted , to control of the critical points, like the compressive strength of the concrete.
– Drafting and management of non-conformities. Reporting the opening of the NC´s and their tracking to Quality team.
– Manage the information of misssing material on site through the NCs.
– Periodically meeting with the subcontractor for the management and coordination of the quality works on site, as well as the tracking of the status of the detected non
