Technical Director

As the Technical Director, your responsibilities will include;
⦁ Managing a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers working on the following assignments: Technical Due Diligence, Wind Farm Design, Project Realisation, Construction and Asset Management
⦁ Technical Due Diligence: oversee the work of the project manger and project team on the TDD assignment and do final quality reviews on draft deliverables e.g. risk assessment Flaglist and TDD report
⦁ Design; manage the work of the design team and do final quality reviews on draft deliverables e.g. design drawings, specifications, reports, Bills of Quantities
⦁ Project Realisation: oversee the work of the Owners Engineering team and do final quality reviews on draft deliverables e.g. Employers requirements, Request for Quotation package, Tender Evaluation reports, contract negotiations, Lenders Due Diligence Reporting
⦁ Construction; oversee the work of the project managers running construction management assignments
⦁ Asset Management: oversee the work of the project managers running asset management assignments and do final quality reviews on draft deliverables
⦁ Coordination and technical management of the Project teams and external subcontractors
⦁ Control services rendered with regard to quality and costs on all projects
⦁ Support the Project Managers concerning contract and claim management
⦁ Implementing best practise throughout all assignments
⦁ Submitting detailed and regular progress reports as required to Company Management
⦁ Lead role in recruitment of additional staff
⦁ Lead role in commercial management of Polish Office
⦁ Leading Business development activities in Polish Market
